Masks of Insecurity
We wear masks to cover our feelings of insecurity. We don't allow others to see the real you as we don't wish to be easily hurt. Yet sometimes, it's important to take off our masks so that the world can really see who we are. Only when we're working from our authentic, honest and sincere selves can we do this. That is our challenge in life.

Love Rescued
Boy is frustrated with things in his life. He loses his temper with his girlfriend. A pamphlet girl throws a flyer folded into a paper plane at both the girl and boy. They read it and unknown to each other, they both attend the EQ program at different times. After that, they both reunite for a more tender, loving relationship.

Passion
My friend and mentor, Ty Boyd from North Carolina, told me a story once about how John Wesley, of the Wesley Church, used to light his purpose on fire with passion. I can't get that picture out of my mind. Passion. I see most people do things everyday in their profession without passion. Without passion, you're not going to convince me that you believe in your product or servic...

It also means to attempt to sell or win approval for; and to mean to promote and advertise - for ...

Making Self-Change
The change factor. How do you lead strategic change? Well, let's start first with something much closer to home. You. Yes, you. Is there some small change you need to make in your professional behaviour? Why not make small changes first? Then once you're used to making baby steps in change, you can then make bigger changes by leading others towards strategic change. (01:48)

The Child in You
To be a child again and to enJoy life in all of it's joy and challenge. To play, and to play with all out abandon. What a feeling that is. At one of the shopping centres, they had these huge round plastic balls that youngsters could climb inside, then the balls are pumped full of air, and the kids run like crazy as the ball floats on water. What if we energise our focus and put...

Passionate Musician
I usually have my small point-and-shoot Sony camera with me, and I captured a teenage girl playing the Pei Pa, which is a Chinese mandolin instrument. What strokes, what fingerwork, what passion she showered into her music. The crowds were visibly impressed. So was I. If a young girl can display such virtuoso in playing a Pei Pa, then what about us? Do we practice diligently in...
