This is a dynamic, practical workshop on how to present powerful, winning presentations. The very essence of leadership is to inspire a vision and goals that are shared with the constituency. Besides being a leader, being able to get a message across when you are selling a product or service using facts, stories, analogies, emotion and examples is a very strong and influencing skill to have. This workshop provides just the right learning and practice environment necessary for participants to acquire these skills.
The Challenge of Leadership
Over 12 weeks, participants learn how to design and put into practice people leading and management strategies to overcome the various challenges of leadership. Using only the best leadership principles, we journey through on a mission to discover firstly ourselves, then to find just the right touch to empower others towards a common shared vision. We look at the problems of change management, our basic needs, our various drives, and why it's sometimes so difficult to change despite the fact that we know we must.
